Pay as you go option

If you are not attracted by the commitment of a full membership, you are welcome to visit on a pay and go basis.  The session charge is payable per gym visit, or per class.  There is an initial set-up and registration fee, after which you pay the charge per visit.  Remember to visit at least once every 6 months to remain an active pay and go visitor on our records:

• Adult: Initial Registration - £15.00, then session charge of £5.00 per visit
• Junior / Senior Concession:  Initial Registration - £14.00, then session charge of £4.00 per visit

The pay and go option is recommended for those who do not anticipate becoming regular gym or class users.  If you find you love the experience, you can upgrade to a full membership, with all the benefits that entails, at any time.
