Since joining, Dean has consistently come in to the gym, head down and worked hard... Dean has asked for and taken on board advice on how to achieve the results he is looking for, and as a result he has both lost a significant chunk of weight, increased fitness and is enjoying a boost to his well-being. Dean gets a special mention from Caroline, for being one of the friendliest and most entertaining members in the Balbirnie community.. Dean, not only are you funny, your enthusiasm and commitment make you an absolute pleasure to work with.... so, keep up the good work !!
