However, why not pop in on any Saturday or Sunday and your pay and go visit will cost only £3.00 per gym session. So, come on down and meet our friendly team......

The pay and go option is recommended for those who do not anticipate becoming regular gym or class users. If you find you love the experience, you can upgrade to a full membership, with all the benefits that entails, at any time.

Direct Debit - No Minimum Contract Term

Why not choose a commitment free gym membership option with the convenience of a monthly payment direct from your bank account?

This is available at only £25.00 per month and with no minimum contract term. The only requirement is that in the event of you wishing to cancel your membership with us, you provide 1 month's notice in writing direct to the club. That's it - no other terms & conditions!!

If you wish to take advantage of this offer, pop into the club, bring your first month payment of £25.00 with you, together with your sort code and bank account number, and complete the direct debit authorisation and statement of agreement.
