LAUNCH OF ADDITIONAL NEW EARLY MORNING BOOT CAMP!
Do you want to achieve the ultimate in fitness and body shape for the summer? Well, Martin is launching a new BOOT CAMP WORKOUT from Monday 4th May... this will be the ultimate experience and is designed to deliver maximum results. No particular level of fitness or skill is required, this workout uses minimal equipment, but puts your body through a challenging and dynamic circuit of military style training: sit-ups; press-ups; squat thrusts; burpees; squats..... sounds simple, but it is unbelievably challenging....... and delivers !
The bootcamp runs at 06.45 every Monday / Wednesday/ Friday mornings in our second studio... available to members and non members, and places are available for booking now !! Places are booked on a monthly 1st come basis, £50 per month to members; £60 to non-members, payable in full at time of booking... for more information check out our membership page, or speak to Martin ....
